Work in a very restricted space with moving traffic. Replacement of a damaged sewage system of reinforced concrete pipes with DN 1000 ductile sewage water pipes to DIN EN 598.

The already difficult local traffic conditions (exhibition dates, visitors to the Automotive and Technical Museum and heavy commercial traffic) were further exacerbated by the fact that the Neulandstraße is signposted as an emergency diversion route for the A 6 motorway. There are also industrial estates in the construction site area whose day-to-day business had to continue.

Due to the serious traffic congestion the traffic authorities were unable to agree to closure of one carriageway; the work therefore had to be carried out in a very restricted space with moving traffic.
